The home is organized with a vertically layered approach. Arrival is intentional. The entry sequence is controlled and defined, guiding movement before revealing the main living level above. Once upstairs, the home opens into a fully water-oriented environment where the kitchen, living, and outdoor spaces operate as a single continuous experience.

The outdoor living strategy is central to the design. A fully integrated elevated pool sits within the architecture, positioned beneath an overhang to provide shade, privacy, and year-round usability. This approach transforms the outdoor space from an accessory into a core living component.
