The home is structured to maximize usable living space above grade, integrating structural efficiency with long-term durability.

The main living level is designed as an open, connected environment where kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow seamlessly toward the outdoor area. Large openings extend the interior into a covered patio and pool zone, creating a continuous indoor-outdoor experience that is essential for coastal living.

The kitchen anchors the home with a modern, performance-driven layout, prioritizing usability, storage integration, and unobstructed sightlines across the primary living spaces. Material selections and detailing are intended to reinforce a refined but durable coastal palette.
