MTBH Studios builds coastal modern custom homes across St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay area. Every project runs on a single platform, with scopes written to close the gaps between trades and budgets tracked against real commitments as they are issued. That only works when our trade partners are set up properly before work starts.
This form puts your business, your contacts and your documents into our system in one pass. Once you are in, you receive bid invitations for the trades you select, and the scope arrives written rather than assumed.
What you will need
Have these to hand before you start. You can submit without the files and send them after, but onboarding is not complete until we have them.
W-9
A current W-9 for your business. We cannot issue payment without one.
Certificate of insurance
General liability, and workers compensation where it applies, with MTBH Construction LLC named as certificate holder.
License number
Your Florida licence number where your trade requires one.
Contact details
A business contact and a mobile number for the person we will actually reach during a build.
Onboarding Form
Required fields are marked in sage. Everything goes straight into our project system.
What happens next
We review
Your submission lands in our system and we check the documents against the trades you selected.
We follow up
If something is missing we contact you directly. If it is complete you go on the bid list for your trades.
You get invited
When a project reaches your scope you receive a written scope and a bid invitation, not a phone call and a guess.
