Working directly with the owner of the Ritz-Carlton, Richard led day-to-day operations managing all phases from buyout through final punch-out on this prestigious mixed-use hospitality and residential development.

Executive in charge of multiple luxury condominium and single-family developments across New England, with a focus on waterfront properties, prime recreational destinations, and ultra–high-end subdivisions in historically sensitive areas around suburban Boston. Responsibilities included site acquisition, entitlements, design oversight, marketing, and construction management. Many projects involved joint ventures with conservation organizations and required extensive public outreach and community engagement.

On Top Of The World

On Top of The World - 13,000-Acre DRI with Over 20,000 Units

Was recruited from Boston by a prestigious Florida development family and tasked with the reimagining of this 13,000-acre DRI with over 20,000 units. Richard led this effort, hiring an all-star team of planners, designers, and marketing consultants to reimagine this project from a sleepy development that was doing less than 100 homes annually to a thriving assembly of communities with sales in excess of 900 homes a year. Richard led all community design, marketing strategy, product development of over 30 models, infrastructure design and construction, amenity design and construction including golf courses, spa, clubhouse, club facilities, theater, retail, restaurants, and town center.

Managed all aspects from feasibility through completion - $800M+ mixed-use development.
