Where does MTBH Studios build custom homes?
We design and build throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Hyde Park, Davis Islands, Bayshore Beautiful, Palma Ceia, and South Tampa on the Tampa side, and Snell Isle, Old Northeast, Crescent Lake, and surrounding St. Petersburg neighborhoods on the Pinellas side.
Do you build outside the city limits of Tampa and St. Petersburg?
Yes. We regularly work in Belleair, Clearwater Beach, and other Pinellas and Hillsborough County waterfront communities for the right project. Our typical service radius is roughly 25 miles around downtown Tampa.
Can you help me find a lot?
Yes. We frequently walk lots with prospective clients before they purchase, evaluating elevation, seawall condition, lot orientation, and tear-down vs. renovation economics. Bringing us in early often saves significant cost.
Do flood zones really change what you can build?
Yes, meaningfully. Most of our coastal sites sit in FEMA AE or VE flood zones, which require living space to be elevated above the base flood elevation. We resolve this architecturally from day one rather than retrofitting.
