Vendor and Trade Partner Information

If you submit the vendor onboarding form, we collect the business and contact details you enter, together with any documents you upload, such as a W-9, a certificate of insurance or a licence record. We use this information only to evaluate and onboard your business as a trade partner, to issue bid invitations, and to meet our own tax, insurance and licensing obligations.

Where it is stored

Submissions go directly to JobTread, the construction management platform we use to run projects. JobTread processes and stores this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms.

Tax identifiers

A W-9 contains a taxpayer identification number, which for a sole proprietor may be a Social Security number. We treat these as confidential, restrict access to the people who need it, and never publish or sell them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell vendor data. We disclose it only to our accountant and to authorities where the law requires it, for example when issuing a Form 1099.

Correction and removal

Email contact@mtbhstudios.com to review, correct or request deletion of your vendor record. We keep records we are legally required to retain for tax purposes.
